Instant Inspiration: In the Halls of Target (Concord, NC portrait photographer)

I can't help it.  I am sure I am their target marketing audience...get it..."target"audience.  It is safe to say that I have spent too much time meandering through the aisles at our local Target.  For some reason, it just feels much more chic than when shopping at wal-mart.

Recently, I found these fabulous inspiration boards while going crazy over a clearance section.  Those little red/orange hue tags just get the best of me.  Time for some instant inspiration!  For those of you planning on our upcoming fall mini sessions, I thought it would be great to get some last minute inspiration.  I thought it was just great to find these posters in Target.  What great advice on how to piece outfits together.

Things to note in this shot:  They all look way comfortable.  Super important when trying to help a child relax and show their true personality.  Still loving the skinny belt layered over anything.

Next, I wish my hair looked like that girl in the middle.  Fabulous, huh?  I noticed the cute ruffle tops.  I am thinking it would be a nice addition and add some texture to an outfit during a session.  Also, that flower hair accessory is so cute.  That outfit seems so simple but very "put together."

I think someone needs to buy these pink boots.  Definitely a fun accessory for a preteen...or maybe a late twenties something mom who needs a pick me up (Santa?  Are you listenng?)

Lastly, again, can I just tell you that belts over even the unexpected jean jacket are just adorable!  Also, note the cute shoes.  Now I want some double bubble.

Some boys instant inspiration coming up soon!  I am editing my brains out as family sessions and soon mini sessions are in full swing!  Tis the season!
