I am not a brother (duh) but I do have a brother. It seems all brothers have this required goofy-ness that they bring to the table. Actually, they bring to everywhere. My little brother, who is now taller than I am, has obnoxious dance moves he likes to break out at the most inconvenient times. Think tall, uncoordinated and in his mind, totally rad. When he brings his knee up and then the other arm goes behind his head, say in the middle of the gas station, I have learned just to walk away. The
convulsions dance moves are quite amusing. He has issues.
I bet these boys have some crazy dance moves. Actually, I can almost guarantee that as I get to know their fun-loving mama!
How handsome are these two rascals?
The ridiculous things I say to get looks such as these. It would probably embarrass my loved ones to know the goofy things I resort to. Bottom line? It works and how sweet is that moment between brothers?!
Although usually a portrait session is not a dad's most favorite idea of fun, I can't help but gush over images like this. When this sweet boy is middle aged, and looks back at this image, he is going be reminded that his daddy thinks the world of him. Oh, the power of just one single image.
The best news? These two rowdy boys have a sweet sister on the way who is sure to rock their little worlds in the best way. We were able to document this moment in time, the relationship of these brothers, before their family grows to 5. Pictures really are one of my most favorite things! Happy Monday!
